When she opens her eyes, Erica, Knight of the Sun, finds herself deep within a cavern.
She cannot remember why she lies here, far from the battlefield beneath the sun,
in a place where not a single ray of light reaches.
All she holds is a sword, and the faintly glowing will of the Sun.
As she pushes through collapsed caverns and a world filled with people who have changed,
Erica must retrace her lost memories, uncover why she was trapped here,
and rediscover her true duty as a Knight of the Sun.
Erica, Knight of the Sun is a traditional side-scrolling action game.
Distinctive characters and creatures are brought to life with high-quality pixel art.
Intense stage-based boss battles enhance the thrill of combat,

The game looks fun and the art looks good!
Gameplay feels good in general. I don't really like the small buffer time you get when you press the jump button before actually jumping, but the rest is fine and the animations are pretty smooth.
The game code seems to be okay but is not correctly set for some parts.I got soft locked when triggering the sex animation with the first fat guy you encounter ( see pic ). The game stops responding but the healthbar and the little water drops animations keep running. There's nothing to do but to quit the game.
Will definitely keep an eye on this!
